Privacy Statement: To keep your shopping experience confidential, we do not
use cookies or any other device to track and identify our customers. Neither
do we sell email lists or any other personal information gathered during a
transaction.
Delivery Methods: We generally ship UPS ground; however, we can usually expedite
delivery for a modest cost if desired. We can ship US Mail, Federal Express,
or any common carrier, depending upon the situation.
Return Policy: We do not accept returns on headphones, loudspeakers, microphones
or wireless microphones unless these items fail to perform to factory specifications.
On products other than special orders, we will charge a 20% restocking charge
if the product is returned in new condition and in its original packaging.
Liability: The
seller neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume any liability
in connection to the sale or use of these goods. It is incumbent upon the
user to exercise knowledge of appropriate use when using these products, and
to exercise caution when applicable. Contact equipment manufacturer when precise
use instructions are needed.
